Requirements:

• Perform physical labor on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization of tools and materials

• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed

• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety guidelines

• Load and unload construction materials and equipment

• Perform other general labor duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:​

​

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required

• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks

• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is a plus

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

• Team player with good communication skills
